The living room in the villa has a comfortable lounge area with fireplace, a spacious dining table and large doors to the terrace and garden. Inside and outside seamlessly merge into one another.

On the ground floor there are two spacious double rooms with a fine couch and chairs and access to the garden.
INFRA RED SHOWER
In one of the luxury bathrooms in the villa there is an infra red shower, the other one has a private sauna.
KITCHEN WITH PRIVATE CHEF
The modern Italian kitchen is the central meeting point in the villa. On behalf of reservation in advance, lunch and dinner can be prepared for you personally by on of our private chefs. Of course you are welcome to dine in our restaurant at the estate as well.

In the private garden you'll find a number of terraces– relax in the sun or in the shade on one of the terraces, on the lounger, in the hammock or at the dining table.

The double room upstairs has a private sauna. You'll enjoy your onw spa.

Gather around the fireplace with a cup of coffee, tea or a fine glass of wine. Also at cool summer evenings it's a cosy and comfortable area in the villa.

It’s great to see the children playing hide and seek, jumping on the trampoline, swinging on the swing and playing football on the lawn.

The children’s bedroom on the ground floor in the villa has two robust bunk beds for four kids.

The swimming pool and tennis court at the estate, as well as the restaurant, bar and lounges in the hotel are at your disposal.

One of the spacious terraces offers a fabulous view of the surrounding woodland. Why not sit here and enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening sun? You’re bound to spot some wildlife too.
