Day conference package (8 hours) includes: (plenary) room rental, projection screen, flipchart with felt pens, wireless internet access, unlimited coffee, tea and mint during the meeting, a nice lunch and afternoon dishes of handfruit and energy bars .
12-hour conference package includes: the above plus 4-course dinner.
Multi-day packages include: the above plus four-course dinner and overnight stay. Single occupancy of room including breakfast.

Prices are excluding VAT. Packages are valid from 6 people. Under this amount we calculate a surcharge of €200.00 per day. All prices are per person, excluding VAT and excluding €2.00 local tax per person per night. Prices are subject to change. All our reservations apply to the Uniform Conditions of Catering.
